Biography

Born in 1970 by the Chinese calendar in the city of Taipei,  a family of four older sister and I grew up in America as the youngest of five.  All throughout toddler days, I valued being creative and designing much more then being social. Could you blame a person when the fictional world you've created is more interesting then real life. We came to America late in the year of 1979 and few years later was diagnose as mentally retarded or so was it rumored to be but was not true. what the psychiatrist should have diagnosed me is being too creative. When you are too creative, you imagine things that aren't there.  We spoke Mandarin at home and I had always done a lot of creative things such as writing and publishing my superman fictions on fan sites (go to contact to see links) in my teens.  My teen days was hard but I would not extend on that topic unless asked. This was also when I became a superman fan.

I've also tried to get a bachelors in Graphic Design but things didn't turn out. Wilbur Wright kept on canceling the classes, one semester before I was scheduled to graduate with the degree.  From there I went to work for a family friend in mid December of 1992 to October 2008 in the west suburbs of Chicago called Lombard. While working for them on the commute of 1.45 hours by Metra, I decided to design jewelry as a means of satisfying my  needs to create and the boredom of the commute. I managed to fill up ten pocket notepads full of jewelry design.

On one Holloween day I discovered Secondlife. I learned how to make things in SecondLife. Which resulted me in being able to be creative. You still can find my creations inside Secondlife as SuperGirl1970 Carver.

My jewelry design led me to consider going back to finish my Bachelors in graphic design and plus one other reason too. Due to circumstances, yet again,  I graduated from Illinois institute of art - Chicago in June of 2012 with an associates degree and knowledge of what my disability. My disability of Processing informations.  However, I  still wish I had enough money to take a package design class cause I've always enjoyed designing packages even as a toddler folding all those origami boxes or hand draw cups.

I am currently and allways will be designing fashion for the Creative society of Tinies in a virtue world called SecondLife in my main shop as a means to fuel and satisfy my creativity. That is what I love to do all throughout my life is to come up with ideas even when I was a toddler before I could even write.  I've been on SecondLife for about three years now. If you ask me what I like about SecondLife it would be the community of the creative society of Tinies. Our motto of being kind and understanding and not to mention have fun in SecondLife.  I guess you can say that SecondLife is like a tool for me like the TDD system to the deaf. If you wish to meet me, come to Secondlife. I WAS BORN TO DESIGN, rather it would be for a Graphic Design company or not, I cannot stop designing at all even if I wish to give up on it. It is not possible.

With much delibrations, I will now mention that the psychiatrist said my disability is memory. Nothing I didn't know already. Not to mention hearing in noisy places like Starbucks that I frequently go to the one in my neighborhood. Due to recent surgery, I can no longer speak louder then a whisper. Not to mention that one thing they did mention to me but didn't put on my report is that I have mild case of asperger.
